Help! How do I insert an image?

Images can be inserted in the freeflow text boxes and the Report Template Editor

If your image is on your PC then you'll need to upload it onto the web first (see below for how)

Click on the image button or on the text box toolbar

Copy the web address of the image into the URL

Click OK

Help! How do I upload an image to the web?

Go to the image sharing site imgur.com and sign up for a free account (other image hosting sites are available)

Browse to your image and click upload images

If necessary Edit the image to adjust its size (a width of 580 will just fit a Word page)

Copy the Direct Link address into the URL mentioned above
