Minimum Specification

Any modern browser may be used to create reports and manage your account including:

• Chrome (Windows PC & Android tablet)
• Firefox (Windows PC & Android tablet)
• Microsoft Edge (Windows PC)
• Safari (Apple Mac & iPad)

Microsoft Word (part of their Office package for Windows PC or Apple Mac) is required to download a completed report.

A Windows 10 PC with Office 2019 and Chrome browser would be ideal.

Please note Word for Mac does not have all of the Windows version's capabilities and consequently some aspects of report styling are not available when downloading to an Apple Mac.

Please note that Windows XP is no longer supported.

Please note that other operating systems (eg Android, Apple iOS, Chrome OS/Chromebook, Linux, Microsoft Home Type S etc) are not supported for downloading a report.
